Founded by Eva Cartwright whose p
assion for coaching and mentoring within a sector that she loves is the driving force behind Alpha International Training. Eva has a background in primary education, and a 20+ year career in raising the standard of education provision within schools and Early Years settings in both the UK, and internationally.
From starting The Teaching Assistant College in 2006, that specialised in TA training, the company since evolved into Alpha International Training, providing NCFE / CACHE accredited qualifications, INSET, short courses and bespoke training packages supporting both schools and Early Years settings in all aspects of team effectiveness.
She's incredibly proud of Alpha and what it stands for in offering cost effective, high quality professional development that helps you make the biggest impact possible on the lives of the children you work with.
